Welcome to SANFIT. By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders

  • All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.

  • SANFIT reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment must be received before order processing.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within the estimated processing time.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.

  • SANFIT is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or events beyond our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for damage, missing item, or incorrect product claims.

  • Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

5. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Product Information

  • We strive to display product colors and details accurately. Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All SANFIT logos, designs, images, graphics, and content are the exclusive property of SANFIT and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details and a valid contact number.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch if an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refused delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • SANFIT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.

10. Policy Updates

  • SANFIT reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our official platforms will apply.
