Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts.

  • If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refused delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Delayed Deliveries

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, festivals, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • SANFIT is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A continuous unboxing video is mandatory to process such claims.
