Early adaptation being an inherent culture at Sanson, we understood the need for high quality – reasonably priced healthcare safety products on the massive outbreak of covid- 19 pandemic. In nearly 3 weeks of initial lockdown, we launched ” SANFIT , the only Indian brand to have BIS approved from all Covid safety products like goggles, face masks and face shields.

Having a world class completely automated plant with built-in quality compliance systems, SANFIT created a capacity of nearly 20 million goggles and 50 million face shields annually. The journey continues towards forward growth with zero tolerance on quality, all at reasonable prices.

We at Sanson-Sanfit have equipped with a space of approximately 1,50,000 sq.ft. to manufacture products in different categories. We have allocated a dedicated space of 40,000 sq.ft. for the production of healthcare products(covid/pandemic protection) with all the latest and advanced machines. We ensure a completely hygienic and clean workforce for the entire workforce at Sanson. Our facility is GMP approved and all our systems and processes comply with global norms.

  1. Fully Automatic Blank Making Machines with daily production capacity of 150,000 pieces.

Automatic N95/FFP2 Mask machines

  1. Fully Automatic line for 5 ply mask making machines with daily production capacity is 125,000 pieces.
  2. Robotic Machines for edge welding machines for mask.

Plastic Manufacturing

  1. To manufacture safety goggles needs to be added after machine capacity.
  2. To manufacture sanitizer bottles needs to be added after machine capacity.
  3. 1 fully automatic HOPE blow moulding machine with a capacity ranging from 50ml to 1 litre.
  4. Most Machines have screw pickers and pick and place robots.

Face Shield Manufacturing

  1. Fully Automatic both side masking and sheeting machine.
  2. Fully Automatic blank cutting machine to fit any size of face shields.
  3. 20 sets of automatic plastic riveting machines for fixing elastic to the face shields.
  4. Daily production capacity of 150,000 pieces.

Auxiliary Machines
